Brandi Littler RMHCI
Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern
You will find a safe, calm, and judgement-free space to feel heard, understood, and hopeful so that you may grow in areas where you have yet to meet your full potential. If you are experiencing depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, or emotional distress, I can assist you in recognizing your strengths and enhancing your resiliency. We will collaborate to create the best treatment plan that is focused on your needs, preferences, and goals.
I work with individuals ages 5 and up using an integrative approach with a person-centered orientation. I specialize in Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy focusing on Distress Tolerance and Radical Acceptance, and strengths-based Solution Focused Therapy. I have experience working with adult clients in crisis stabilization, with symptoms of depression, anxiety, bipolar disorders, schizoaffective disorder, schizophrenia, borderline personality disorder, adjustment disorders, and psychosis.
I graduated from the University of Central Florida with my undergraduate degree in psychology in 2012 and went on to earn my master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling from Stetson University. My approach to therapy is person-centered, meaning that I provide a calming space of non-judgement for clients to feel safe, secure, and comfortable. I have participated in Baker Act Training, Mental Health First Aid, Health Equity Trainings, Psychological Traumatic Stress Trainings, At-Risk Mental Health for Students Training, and Suicide Prevention Means Reduction Training - Counseling on Access to Lethal Means (CALM).
