David Sienkiewicz RMHCI
Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern
Therapy works best when it’s all about you. My approach is person-centered, which means we’ll focus on your unique strengths, goals, and challenges. I also integrate tools from a variety of therapies, including DBT, CBT and ACT, to help you build the life you want. Whether it’s managing emotions, navigating tough decisions, or discovering what it means to feel like yourself again — I’m here to walk this path with you.
I work with individuals ages 12 and up, in all walks of life. I have experience in crisis stabilization, supporting individuals facing challenges such as mood and anxiety disorders, trauma and stressor-related disorders, addiction, interpersonal conflicts, and personality disorders. I earned my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Stetson University and my undergraduate from the University of Central Florida. I am a Registered Mental Health Counseling Intern with the State of Florida.
My passion for helping others stems from my belief that everyone deserves a safe space to grow, heal, and rediscover their inner strength. My counseling style is collaborative, respectful, and empathetic. I aim to create a space where you feel truly heard and supported as we explore your journey together. In our sessions, you can expect a supportive and nonjudgmental environment where we'll set realistic goals and celebrate progress.
